August at 6pm in the DCES Café (Approve budget for the new school year)
September at 2:45pm in room 7/8
October at 6pm in the DCES Café
November at 2:45pm in room 7/8
January at 6pm in the DCES Café
February at 2:45pm in room 7/8
March at 6pm in the DCES Café (End of year budget vote)
April at 2:45pm in room 7/8 (Elections for vacant Officer positions)
