4th Grade Hospitality

Coordinate with 4th Grade Teachers to recruit families to volunteer and students to help escort families to the ceremony, hand out programs, and serve refreshments

Plan decorations, refreshments, and set up/clean up

Communicate with 5th Grade Advancement Committee to ensure an aligned vision for the event

Set up for event

Assign roles to 4th grade volunteers

Oversee students serving refreshments

Clean up

Return supplies and decorations to the PTA room
