Research & Preparation for Informational Interview

In Week 5, you will interview an organization or individual in the outdoor or conservation sector that you believe exemplifies everything you have learned in this course. The purpose of this informational interview is to learn about the actions an individual or organization has taken and not to ask personal questions about their lived experiences. These can be colleagues, family, friends, professional contacts, etc. You are encouraged to choose someone that you can learn from. 

• Action: Begin researching individuals or organizations that you might be interested in interviewing. 

Reflective Project

After reviewing the assigned readings, reflect on how you might cultivate a learning culture at your organization. Review the instructions and rubric for the project guidelines.
