Concept

          Greetings and response to greeting, making a request and response, introducing yourselves, cardinal and ordinal numbers, and necessary vocabulary for housekeeping.

Scope of Contents:



         Housekeeping has the basic responsibility of keeping the establishment they work for clean, stocked with supplies and well-maintained. Housekeepers work in various locations such as hotel, guesthouse, or apartment. Their duties and responsibilities vary depending on their employer's needs. Housekeepers in hotels make beds, change linen and stock bathrooms, while housekeepers in private homes may prepare meals and run every day jobs. 

           Housekeeping must have friendly personality and good people skill to respond to guest questions and requirements. So they should know how to greet and response to guests. Sometimes, you may introduce yourself; make a leave taking and response to guests as well as make apology or make a request. 

          Moreover, it is necessary for housekeeping to know the cardinal and ordinal numbers, vocabulary related to your daily work. These practices make a good housekeeping and impressed the guests.
