1/4 c. flour 3 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 T. cocoa
dash salt 1/4 c. milk
2 T. oil small splash vanilla
3 T. mini marshmallows 3 T. chocolate chips
1 graham cracker
Optional: hot fudge sauce & whipped cream or ice cream
1. Choose a microwavable mug. Make sure it's big enough to hold at least 8 ounces.
2. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa and salt to mug. Stir.
3. Add milk, oill, and vanilla to dry ingredients in the mug. Stir.
4. Add 2 Tablespoons of the chocolate chips and 2 Tablespoons of the
marshmallows. Roughly crush half of the graham cracker and add it to the mug. Stir.
5. Microwave for 60 seconds. All microwaves cook a little differently so cooking times may vary. You can always cook the mug cake a little bit longer, I would cook in 10 second intervals until you get the desired doneness. Remember that in the next step you will be cooking the mug cake 10 more seconds. DON'T OVER COOK!
6. Sprinkle remaining graham cracker, marshmallows, and chocolate over mug cake. Microwave for an additional 10 seconds.
7. Remove from microwave. Let set for a minute. Drizzle with hot fudge sauce and top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream if desired. Serve warm!

1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 Oreo cookies
Instructions
Combine white chocolate chips and milk in an oversized microwave-safe mug. Microwave for about 40 seconds. Mix with a fork until chocolate is completely melted.
Add flour, baking powder, and oil and whisk until batter is smooth.
Using a fork, smash Oreos into the batter until only small chunks of cookie remain.
Cook in microwave for about 1 minute. Let cake cool a few minutes before eating. Cake is best consumed while still warm.

12-ounce microwave-safe mug, add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir with a fork. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla and stir until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips. Use a damp paper towel to wipe excess off the sides of the mug. Microwave for 90 seconds, then let the cake stand for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes before eating. Serve with sweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!
