Administrator's Corner

Principals play a critical role in supporting new teachers’ professional growth through the appraisal process. It is through the opportunity to engage in dialogue with new teachers that administrators support beginning teacher confidence, enhance their efficacy in the classroom, and deepen their understanding of what it truly means to be a teacher.
