Physical Education plays an ever increasingly important part in our life style through the information we receive regarding Healthy Living. Exercise in whatever shape or form along with a balanced diet is necessary to keep our bodies healthy. In PE we try to give the pupils a sample of a variety of activities with the hope that pupils will enjoy some of them and wish to pursue them when they leave school. We try to promote and develop teamwork, confidence, cooperation and general social involvement.
