To obtain a driving permit, Georgia teens 17 and under must provide enrollment verification. CHHS students should complete an Enrollment Verification request form. The certificate is valid 30 days from the date it is generated and can be picked up from the CHHS Attendance Office
There is a $3 fee processing fee for all Enrollment Verification forms. Cash payments can be made in person. Online payments can be made using the provided link.
In Georgia, teens under 18, by law, must prove that they have completed ADAP to obtain their Class D driver's license.
