PrograM Overview

The Dental Assisting certificate program provides the student with the knowledge, skills, and techniques to meet the occupational needs of the dental community.  

NOTE: students must be 17 by  October 1 of enrollment year to participate. 

Career opportunities: Program graduates qualify for employment that can lead to on-the-job training for certification as peace officers and may pursue positions with state, local, or federal agencies.

Program Registration

Program registration is open October- May each school year. Program enrollment is determined on a first come first serve basis. Students must meet all admission requirements to be enrolled in a CCI program.  Additionally, all required registration steps must be submitted for an application to be considered complete.  Enrollment status notification is sent out in mid to late May each year via the student's DCSS email.
