Hello! My name is Kaitlyn Bendlin and I am so grateful to be returning to Northeast for my twelfth year as the speech-language pathologist!
Born and raised in Orange County, New York, I moved out to Colorado in the summer of 2015 to explore a new part of the country and start a new adventure. Back in NY, I received a B.A. in Anthropology and a B.S. in Human Development at Binghamton University before I completed my M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology at Syracuse University. Prior to moving out to Colorado and working at Northeast, I completed my clinical fellowship at a preschool for children with special needs.
I try to keep life as interesting and eclectic as possible! Outside of Northeast I can be found attending creative writing classes, golfing, skiing, hiking and camping, paddleboarding, going to concerts, and volunteering with a variety of organizations. I also try to visit my family on the East Coast as much as possible.
My goal at Northeast is to help as many students as I can to become confident communicators. I believe in a strong sense of community among and between staff and students, as well as the benefits of authentic learning experiences. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.Â
