SUMMER SECTIONALS: June 8-July 17: Student leadership led sectionals are happening all summer long. If you don't know when your student's section is meeting for practice, contact Teri Hales at boosterpresidentDCHS@gmail.com for more information.
T-SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST: Students are encouraged to submit their best design for this year's show shirt. Designs are due by July 11. Please submit them to our Hali Shepard at boostersecretaryDCHS@gmail.com. The design that wins gets a $20 Dutch Bros gift card!
CAR WASH FUNDRAISER: July 19th at the Chick-fil-A parking lot from 10am to 2pm. We'll also need a few parent volunteers to man the pressure washers and provide student support (and a few pressure washers if you have them).
BAND CAMP: July 22-24 and July 27-31. Start times to be announced soon.
DOUGLAS COUNTY PARADE: July 25th. Start times to be announced soon.
PARENT BBQ KICKOFF: Saturday, August 1. Join us to kick off our marching season with some delicious BBQ and a preview of all the students have learned at band camp. Also, get to know our new band director. Start times to be announced soon.

DOUGLAS COUNTY FAIR PARADE
Our students rocked their first official performance of the season at the Douglas County Fair Parade! With pride, precision, and plenty of spirit, they marched through the streets like pros. A huge shoutout to Mr. Rausch and Robby Stroup for an incredible first week of band camp, the students for putting in so much hard work, and the amazing parents who helped guide our students and keep them hydrated during the parade!

Band camp is off to a fantastic start! The students came ready to work, and they’re already sounding amazing. From early morning rehearsals to shared laughs during breaks, new friendships are forming and team spirit is in full swing. The energy is high, the music is coming together, and we’re hitting all the right notes for a strong and exciting season ahead!
