Intervention Flow-Chart suggests an intervention sequence, informed by system of assessment, to provide reading intervention according to the needs of the reader. We know that one size support does not fit all readers. I adapted this chart using McKenna & Stahl's (2009) Pathways to Comprehension. Keep in mind, if too many readers need intervention, a review of Tier I instruction is called for and could be informed by the same Pathways to Comprehension. Subsequent tabs describe incremental interventions which are still under development.
