Certain individuals might approach you and falsely presenting themselves as DCCCO officers, employees, members, affiliate agents, or representatives. Under this false pretense, they might offer you other investment schemes or services and guarantee you with higher returns.

DCCCO does not offer any product or any form of investments other than the following: Savings Deposit, Time Deposit, Share Capital and Loans. Further, DCCCO has put in place policies and procedures to protect the interest of DCCCO and its members.

Please be informed that our tellers and field tellers/collectors are the only authorized personnel to receive deposits and payments. Please always ask for Official Receipts. Other transactions must be made with authorized employees inside DCCCO offices.

Kindly note that under no circumstances shall DCCCO officers, management and employees be held liable or responsible for any claims, losses, damages, expenses and the like resulting from transactions or actions of fraudsters and scammers.
