Applicants for membership must have met the following requirements:

1. A Filipino citizen

2. Of legal age

3. With capacity to contract

4. Resides, works, or has business and other interests in the area of operation

5. Has completed the prescribed Pre-Membership Education Seminar/Webinar.

6. Has submitted a completely filled-up Membership Application Form (MAF) with the following attachments:

6.1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate or Marriage Contract (if married)

6.2. Taxpayer’s Identification Number(TIN)

6.3. PMES Certificate of Attendance

6.4. Photocopy of ANY of the following valid IDs:

a. SSS/GSIS ID

b. Driver’s License

c. PRC License

d. Passport

e. Digital COMELEC ID or certificate

f. Senior Citizen ID

g. Postal ID

h. Pag-IBIG ID

i. PhilHealth ID

g. Phil National ID

8. Has paid the following:
