About Us

A laboratory cooperative of DCCCO Multipurpose Cooperative.
A cooperative for children and youth aged 7 to 17 years old.
Recognized by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) as on December 18, 2018, with Certificate of Recognition No. CoR-70000000187.
As of June 30, 2024, the total membership is 23,715 Members across nine (9) branches of DCCCO, namely: Dumaguete Branch, Bais Branch, Bayawan Branch, Guihulngan Branch, Siquijor Branch, San Carlos Branch, Kabankalan Branch, Sibulan Branch, and Carcar Branch.

Mission

DCCCO YZLC commits to imbibe the values of thrift and savings among children and youth and to provide services and opportunities towards the development of their individual potentials.

Purpose

The DCCCO Youth Zone Laboratory Cooperative is organized for the following purposes:

To serve as a training ground for its members to prepare them for membership in regular cooperatives;
To teach the values of thrift and savings mobilization among its members;
To instill cooperative values, principles, financial discipline, business skills and leadership skills among its members;
To promote and advocate Filipino social and cultural values, financial education, ecological awareness and sustainable development; and
To provide flexible, quality and affordable services.

Filled out the Membership Application Form with the written consent of parent/guardian
2x2 ID picture (2 pieces)
Photocopy of Certified Birth Certificate
Minimum required payment of:

Initial Savings Deposit: Php 15.00

Membership Fee: Php 10.00

Annual Due: Php 30.00

Total: Php 55.00

Youth Savings - a savings product that promotes thrift intended to meet the needs of members aged 7 to 17 years old.

Initial Deposit: P 15.00

Balance to Earn Interest: P 1,000.00

Interest Rate: 1.25% per annum compounded quarterly

Time Deposit - a deposit account of the coop with a maturity date and competitive interest rates.

Interest Rates per annum:

Php 5,000.00 to 99,999.99 - 2.00 %

Php 100,000.00 to 499,999.99 - 2.50 %

Php 500,000.00 and above - 3.25 %

Aflatoun Savings - a savings product that promotes thrift intended to meet the needs of members aged 7 to 17 years old who are enrolled in DYZLC Aflatoun Partner Schools.

Initial Deposit: P 15.00

Balance to Earn Interest: P 1,000.00

Interest Rate : 1.25% per annum compounded quarterly
