Led and run by Catholic Youth Broken Bay (CYBB) and hosted by St Patrick's parish, East Gosford.
This is an annual gathering of Catholic young people from various dioceses in NSW. Over 4 days and 3 nights during the school holidays, eight YMCC students engaged in workshops and plenary events that included wonderful speakers, musicians and performers. It was an opportunity to explore their faith, be empowered as disciples and experience the vitality of the Church in contemporary Australia. Thank you to Sr Jiji and Mr Hodgson for accompanying our students during the school holidays.

Time for us to reminisce the memories and moments we experienced at Ignite and reflect on how our time at Ignite has impacted our faith.
Before the end of the Mass, some of the Ignite students shared their experience at Ignite with the congregation and the highlights video was also played.
Some of our leaders stayed back one afternoon to prepare for Alpha's new program 'Life Essentials'. We met online with Justine from Alpha in Melbourne and she took them through the training session and gave the students a range of activities and discussion questions. 'Life Essentials' will run Term 1, 2023.
During Term 2 we held fortnightly hangout sessions after school and the Pharus students were in charge of running the sessions. We had a movie afternoon, trivia, games and music mania (YMCC Jnrs students were invited to join this last session).
