Notice: Workshop on Python and Data Analysis.

Date: 14th & 15th July 2022

Time: 10 to 1 PM 

The Department of Economics, Deshbandhu College organizing a two days workshop for 3 hours each day from 10 am- 1 pm on 14 and 15 July 2022. The objective of the workshop is to introduce first year Economics (hons)  students to the basics of programming in Python while also spending time on doing meaningful data analysis using economic data from sources such as World Bank.

The lectures would be conducted by Nikita Singh, Assistant Professor in Economics (ad-hoc), Deshbandhu College. 

This workshop will help students in developing hands-on skills which would prove to be very useful not only for successful job interviews but also for further studies. We look forward to hearing your views on this matter. Please let us know if there are any concerns.
