Habit #2 - Begin with the End in Mind
Students and Staff have all created a personal mission statement for the year. All students will have their personalized mission statements, name plates, and picture hung in our "EVES Hall of Fame" hallway. We can't wait for you to visit and find your child's work. Great things are happening each day at East View - leaders are being made EVERY DAY!

Weekly Family Leader in Me Tip
Habit #1 - Be Proactive
2024 D-League
Training League 2024
- This league will focus on developing players skills through training with DCHS basketball staff & players.
Players will also compete in 3 on 3 games with different matchups each week.
- Registration Fee: $55 all sessions or $15 per individual session
- Dates: September 7, 14, 21, & 28
- Boys Divisions will be 4/5th grade 9am to 10:15am
- Boys Division for Grades 6th - 8th 10:30am - 11:45am

Daviess County D-League 2024

- Deadline to register is September 12th
- Games will begin on October 19th and will be played on Saturdays at DCHS

Hello, EV Families,
We had an absolute AMAZING first week of school! All staff and students wore the biggest smiles, gave their best hugs, and even learned how to rock a proper hand shake! And to wrap up our week, we went out with a BANG by having our Solar Power Kickoff Assembly today! Students cheered, screamed, danced, and even met Sammy Sunshine's new friends ~ Carly Compassion, Grady Grit, Izzy Integrity, and Simon Self-Control. It was a super fun afternoon!

Weekly Family Leader in Me Tip
East View has become a Leader in Me (LIM) school. The focus of LIM is to teach the 7 Habits to students that will make them successful in school and in the world. Each morning Tuesday-Friday students will have LIM lessons during Family Time to support our Social Emotional Learning instruction. We want parents to be in the know. Each week we will share with you the upcoming tips so families can have intentional conversations regarding Leadership and students' growth.
This week we introduce the overview of all 7 habits.
