Identification testing allows for two different reports
On-Demand Report used for LPAC purposes
Student Proficiency Report (Interactive Report-Batch Reporting) used for classroom and parental guidance
The Point of Contact for the district is provided all permissions for reporting and adds the permissions to user accounts.
It will usually take 30-60 minutes for the On-Demand report to generate after all scoring has been completed for a student (per domain.)
This can happen for one of two reasons:
1. The user has selected the wrong form selection under the drop down in On-Demand reports (example, user is trying to search for Form B when the student actually took Form A.)
2. It's possible that the report hasn't generated yet, so give it longer to see if it comes up. It's also possible that the student didn't finish the test/subtest. Check the status of the test/subtest under Student Management > Manage Students > View/Edit Button > Test Sessions Tab.
The user may be using a browser that is incompatible with the Portal, so please try using Google Chrome. If the page sends them back to the log in screen, clear their cache and cookies and then log back in to try again.
If a user is unable to locate a student that exists in the system, the student is likely listed under another site within the district. Please contact their Director and have the student moved to the correct site.
Per the Texas Education Agency (TEA) a student is considered Proficient if they have received a Proficiency Level of a 4 or 5 in all domains required for Identification.
