By default, the Point of Contact for a district is going to be provided the educator scoring permission. It is up to the Point of Contact to provide permissions out to their users. If the user is going to use the permission sets then both School and Test Administrator roles will be provided with the Educator Scoring permission allowing them to score.
Instructions for educator scoring are found in the Professional Development section of www.LASLinks.com/Texas
If a user makes a mistake while scoring the LEAs POC can reach out to DRC Customer Support to reset the scoring process. The LEA director must provide information as to why the scoring was incorrect for case notes before the scores may be reset by DRC.
Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, or the new Edge is required for Scoreboard. If the user is using another browser, they should switch to a supported web browser.
Yes! Districts can purchase DRC Scoring services for identification testing. DRC Scoring takes 5-7 business days, plan accordingly to meet state guidelines.
When using DRC Scoring for identification, once you submit your order form and PO, you will be assigned a "Score ID" account that will appear in your district dropdown menu. The account number will be identified by your district name and a '122000000' District Code number. In this account, all student assessments will be set to be scored by DRC. NOTE: you may not locally score some and have DRC score the others in the Score ID account.
