The resources available on this site have been developed and grouped with the idea that they can be used for one purpose but also broken down into individual learning objects to be used creatively by anyone to make new learning resources and bring new ideas and ways of teaching online to life. There are three main areas represented: Sport, Uniformed Protective Services and resources that cross not only these two curriculum areas but other at levels 2 and 3 as well. These cross curriculum areas include evaluation, explanations of assessment terms (for exams and other types of assessment), health and safety and SMART objectives.
The Sport resources include a series of more than 50 exercise technique videos that include the curriculum relevant teaching points, technique tips and anatomy information. In the anatomy section there are question banks on each area as well as online review resources, downloadable diagrams and a Jamboard labelling exercise.
The Public Services resources include a desktop planning exercise with resources to create your own versions (maps, videos, icons and guidance). In this section there is also some exam preparation resources for Unit 2 and Unit 6 (behaviour and discipline and government and protective services respectively).
In addition to resources for these curriculum areas we have developed a group of resources that utilise Google Jamboard. Some of these are part of the groupings above but there is information on how to use Jamboard in a variety of ways too. We have developed some ideas on how to use Jamboard when teaching in small and in larger groups and created some resources to download that can be used as they are and also built upon. Find out more about this aspect of the project here.
We have deliberately made most of the resources here work best in the Google workspace. To download and make the most of all the resources you may need to be logged in to a Google account.
