Mr. Hiravi is a native of the Johnstown, PA area where he attended Conemaugh Township Area Jr./Sr. High School. Mr. and Mrs. Hiravi have lived and worked in Danville since moving to Danville in 2017. Mr. Hiravi is a trumpet player and he enjoys performing in bands, orchestras, jazz bands, and brass quintets. The best part of teaching, according to Mr. Hiravi, is seeing the self-confidence of students grow once they realize that they are able to do anything-- as long as they are willing to put in the work!
Aside from teaching and performing, Mr. Hiravi enjoys running, kayaking, video games, antique furniture, and reading books. This summer, Mr. Hiravi has worked his way through all 16 Dresdan Files novels by Jim Butcher, built a pavilion in his back yard, started a vegetable garden, and learned to bake bread. Mr. Hiravi's favorite quote is by the American composer Leonard Bernstein: "To achieve great things, two things are needed; a plan, and not quite enough time."

Mrs. Pritchard is a native of York, PA where she attended Dover Area High School. After graduating from college in 2003, she was hired here in Danville. This will be her 18th year of teaching.
While in high school and college, Mrs. Pritchard was a member of several choirs that traveled and performed extensively. As a member of those choirs, she has performed at Carnegie Hall and the White House, as well as in London, Berlin, Munich, Vienna, Prague, Budapest and Paris.
When Mrs. Pritchard isn't playing piano or singing for school or church, she loves to bake, read (Harry Potter), garden, and play The Legend of Zelda games on the Switch. Her two kids, Anna (13), and Adam (10) are wonderful, but also responsible for her gray hair. If it weren't for her husband, Ryan, it would be white...or gone. During the quarantine, she learned how to replace a deck and fix a water damaged ceiling! Her favorite musical quote comes from Leonard Bernstein, "Music can name the unnameable and communicate the unknowable."
