Theme 1: Data Professionals Survey

Aim

To reach out to a range of established networks to develop insight into the current context, challenges facing those in data roles across the education sector with a focus on gathering information about;

• ​the purpose and scope for data use in functions across schools, colleges and MATs - education and business functions;  

• ​the size, structure and roles within teams that support data functions within schools, colleges and MATs   

• ​the qualifications, experience and knowledge of staff in data roles at all levels of organisation  

• ​the current CPD offer accessed by staff in data roles across the sector and its perceived effectiveness   

• ​the current career progression paths within the sector for those in data roles  

• ​the priorities and concerns of school and trust leaders when investing in data skills for professional development 

How
