Common Core State Standards state that all student should master the math facts by the end of 3rd grade. We will take timed tests several times per week in all of my math classes, but students need to practice at home, as well. There are many ways to practice, including flash cards, retaking a timed test by covering the answers with blank paper, or even skip counting out loud to help remember the numbers. There are many links below that provide online practice, and there are apps available for tablets, too.
Here are some tricks that may help you remember your times tables. Everyone thinks differently, so just ignore any tricks that don't make sense to you.

There are a lot of math activities here! Play Math Hoops, Math Olympics and more. Work on addition, subtraction, multiplication, division in number or word problems. Use the flash cards to practice specific facts.
These are fun arcade games that will give you practice on your math facts. You can even play against other kids in the class and print out a certificate!
This is a good site for practicing multiplication facts. Includes games, a self-checking multiplication quiz, and tricks and tips for remembering the facts.
