What is ARK?

WHAT IS ARK?

At DMS, we follow ARK in our building. ARK stands for: Accountability, Responsibility, and Kindness.

Accountability - taking ownership of your actions, good or bad.
Responsibility - doing what you need to do in a timely manner.
Kindness - be respectful and kind to all.

When students are following ARK, they are able to earn Cardunal Cash to use at our school stores and enter quarterly raffle prizes. Teachers may use them for incentives in the classroom.

Monthly Positive RefeRrals

Each month teachers will nominate students for a positive referral. These positive referrals are earned by showing growth academically, behaviorally, or through attendance. Students can also earn a positive referral by going above and beyond in and out of the classroom.

Our first positive referrals will be announced on September 30th.

Student / Staff Shout Outs

Student and Staff Shout Outs are back!

We have brought back our student and staff Shout Outs. Students are able to submit a shout out using the Google form located on their Advisory Schoology page. This is to recognize friends and staff members.

Shout Outs are updated every Friday. They can sheck out the Shout Outs on their Advisory Schoology pages, or check out the TVs in the hallway.
