Our Henry
February 20th marked the 1 year anniversary of his passing. He was a special boy and a big part of the LIFE program. We all think about him often and miss him dearly. We miss you and will always love you Henry.
The two LIFE classrooms went out into the community in February. They went to Portillo's for lunch. Students practiced ordering from the menu, paying for their meal, eating appropriately in a restaurant environment, and socializing out in the community. Everyone had a great time and can't wait to go back again.
The low incidence program celebrated Valentine's Day with students from the DMS Beta Club. They played games, made crafts, passed out Valentine cards to friends, had snacks, and socialized. It was a fun time.
