Insurance Premium Deduction Calendar
Your health, dental, vision, and life insurance premiums are deducted over the school year (9/1 - 8/31).
Your health Savings Account (HSA) contributions, Flexible Spending (FSA), and American Fidelity contributions are deducted each calendar year (1/1 - 12/31).

10 Month Employees (DESA, DESPA10, SUBF)
Insurance premiums are deducted from your pay over 18 pay periods. Your insurance premiums are higher to cover summer insurance coverage. Employees who start after the first insurance deduction in September will see an adjustment in their premiums. If you have any questions please email HR.Benefits@D300.org.
