Hello all! My name is Shawna Peterson and this is my 11th year teaching. I have previously coached with our E-sports program and Girl’s Lacrosse in D11 but am taking some coaching time off. I’m originally from Washington State (go Seahawks). Before teaching I held a few different jobs including working out in the field as an environmental technician, retail management, and human resources. Outside of school I spend most of my time with my husband, kid, and our dogs (a Rottweiler and Beagle). I enjoy anything lacrosse, hiking, off-roading, video games, anime, reading (especially mysteries), and hanging out at the ocean (despite the long drive from Colorado).
