Shawna Peterson
Hello all! My name is Shawna Peterson and this is my 10th year teaching, 3nd year at Palmer High School. Here at Palmer, I help coaching with our E-sports program and Girl’s Lacrosse. I’m originally from Washington State (go Seahawks). Before teaching I held a few different jobs including working out in the field as an environmental technician, retail management, and human resources.
Outside of school I spend most of my time with my husband and our dogs (a Rottweiler and Australian shepherd). I enjoy anything lacrosse, hiking, off-roading, video games, anime, reading (especially mysteries), and hanging out at the ocean (despite the long drive from Colorado).
