Hello students and parents! My name is Nathaniel Lohmann, and this will be my 8th year teaching at Palmer High School.
I am originally from Colorado Springs (Coronado class of 2012) and I love being back in my hometown. In addition to my teaching, I also sponsor the Senior Student Council, co-sponsor Science Olympiad, announce boys' and girls' basketball games, and run the timing table for my friends Reed Carlson and Geoff Lewis during their respective swim seasons. I am also the webmaster that maintains this site, as well as the Palmer Science social media.
Outside of Palmer, I enjoy spending time with my dog (a chocolate lab/pit-bull named Lucy), playing bassoon, singing in my church's choir, volunteering with my church youth group, restoring a 1974 Opel with my dad, and searching for the best nachos in COS (let me know if you have a spot to try).Â
