Hey Y’all! Just a little bit about me. I am a Castro Valley Alum it is wonderful to be back teaching and coaching where I graduated. After high school I earned my Bachelors of Sciences from California State University East Bay with a degree in Kinesiology an emphasis in Exercise, Nutrition and Wellness. Later earned my credential at St. Mary’s College, currently working on completing my Master’s.

I have been teaching for 3 years, in addition to teaching I am the assistant Water Polo Coach and Head Softball Coach. I believe Physical Education is not just a wonderful subject to teach but also a class to provide students with lifelong skills and knowledge to live a healthy lifestyle beyond high school.

I hope to have a wonderful year and don't hesitate to check in with me at the first sign of any issues. Students, parents and teachers all make up a team and together we can all make sure that we have a successful year together.
