Work permit applications are available in the CVHS Main Office or in the College & Career Center.
You can also print it out yourself from these links - be sure to print & fill out BOTH:
BOTH THE AGREEMENT AND WORK PERMIT APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT OR THE WORK PERMIT CANNOT BE ISSUED.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the work permit to be ready!

Requirements for a Work Permit
Grades: GPA of at least 2.0, no more than one F
Attendance: Good attendance
Age: 14+ (14-15 year olds have more limited hours and restrictions)
If you do not continue to meet the requirements your work permit may be revoked. Grades are checked quarterly.
You will be asked to complete a grade improvement plan and given time to bring your grades back up to keep your work permit.
