Work Permits

For Summer 2022, to request a work permit, you must have a place of employment lined up. Complete the application and agreement below. Scan and email the signed form to our Registrar, Christina Becerra at cbecerra@cv.k12.ca.us, OR set up an appointment at the main office to meet with Ms. Becerra in person to issue the permit immediately.

Completed work permit applications can also be dropped off at the Castro Valley Unified District Office for processing, no appointment necessary!


For 2022-2023, starting in August 2022, to request a work permit, you must have a place of employment lined up. Complete the application and agreement below. Submit to Ms. Ermitano in the House 2 office or email sermitano@cv.k12.ca.us. Please allow up to 48 hours for the work permit to be ready.

BOTH THE AGREEMENT AND THE WORK PERMIT APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT,

OR THE WORK PERMIT CANNOT BE ISSUED.
