"Little Red" Inspired Landscapes
Do you know the fairy tale of Little Red Riding Hood? 4th graders here at Pleasant Hill looked at a book recently written and illustrated by Bethan Woollvin titled "Little Red". In her book, Bethan puts a new spin on the classic tale, and pairs it with amazing illustrations. After reading the book, students created their own Little Red landscapes! They made the backgrounds by mixing paint to create different values, then added details to show perspective and tell a story. Awesome job, 4th grade! Please check out some of their efforts below!
