Pleasant Hill first graders have been busy working on their very first painting in the art room! First, we looked closely at how real trees grow. (Can you find the letters "Y" and "V"? We did!) Then we used tempera paint to print all of the leaves. Ask your favorite first grader what we used to make the leaves--you might be surprised!
