Career Cafe Moments
What are Career Cafe Moments?
Career Cafe Moments are lunchtime meetings where business partners visit to speak with students. They share their personal career paths, the skills they utilize in their profession, and what they feel helps them to be successful. Students are sent short biographies of each guest prior to their arrival and have the opportunity to choose to participate by bringing their lunch to the media center on career cafe days. Students ask questions and occasionally participate in an array of activities.
We have had wonderful opportunities for our students to explore various career pathways through the generosity and willingness of business professionals in our community.
