Duo Callback - Login Experience
If you selected "Landline" as your phone type in Duo, please use these instructions when logging into the needed Cardinal Station system.
- Navigate to the needed Cardinal Station system.
- Enter your Cardinal Credentials User ID and Password.
- NOTE: If you chose the “Automatically call this device” option during your enrollment, you do not need to provide any other information besides your user ID and password and can skip step 3.
- When entering your password, add ",phone1" to the end of the text. This will look like this: your password,phone1
- For additional explanation see Duo Authentication Methods > 4.Request a phone call.
- You will receive a phone call on the registered phone. Answer the call and follow the instructions.
- You will then be logged into the requested Cardinal Station system.
