As a result of the gap analysis that was conducted, the following have been identified as priority, long-range goals.
Increase equity and inclusivity within all learning environments
Improve communication and collaboration among staff, students, and parents
Improve school climate by prioritizing social emotional learning
Design an articulated, standards-aligned curriculum across all subjects K-8 and provide teachers with the training and support needed to implement it successfully
Involve students and the broader school community in the care, keeping, and long-term sustainability of our schools
After setting the goals the strategic planning core team gave a tentative timeline of what we could do and when we could do it by, to make progress on our goals. These milestones will be addressed during the school year by a teacher led team, and you can monitor the progress under the goals progress section.
The following objectives will serve as annual milestones to track progress in each of our long-range goals.
