Design an articulated, standards-aligned curriculum across all subjects K-8 and provide teachers with the training and support needed to implement it successfully.

1. By June 2024, conduct an audit to identify the curricula that need revision and/or development based upon their current attention to detail and effectiveness.

2. By June 2025, the first third of curricula will be written and teachers provided with professional development to implement and evaluate with fidelity.

3. By June 2026, the second third of curricula will be written and teachers provided with the professional development to implement and evaluate with fidelity.

4. By June 2027, the final third of curricula will be written and teachers provided with professional development to implement and evaluate with fidelity in the 2027-2028 school year.

5. By June 2028, professional learning communities will have been established in the second year of implementation for each curriculum to assess the effectiveness of our various curricula and fine-tune on an ongoing basis.
