Improve communication and collaboration among staff, students, and parents 

1. By June 2024, CTSD will gather information about different website providers, evaluate website options, and design a new website for the district. 

2. By June 2025, CTSD will gather and evaluate all current communication channels, identifying redundancies and opportunities for improvement that can inform the design of a district communication plan.

3. By June 2026 , CTSD will use district surveys to gather stakeholder perspectives on the clarity, consistency, and effectiveness of district communications methods.

4. By June 2027, district surveys will show that 70% of district stakeholders agree that communication is effective, clear, and consistent while participation in the parent survey exceeds 30%.

5. By June 2028, district surveys will show that 80% of district stakeholders agree that communication is effective, clear, and consistent while participation in the parent survey exceeds 50%.
