Involve students and the broader school community in the care, keeping, and long-term sustainability of our schools

1.  By June 2025,  CTSD will create a task force inclusive of all stakeholders who will then identify and report on areas of need and opportunity in regards to our facilities and finances.

2. By June 2026, CTSD will utilize the results of the needs assessment to develop an action plan to involve multiple stakeholder groups, address facility needs, and identify metrics to measure impact (e.g., waste, efficient inventory management, etc.)

3. By June 2027, CTSD will implement and begin monitoring the district action plan and use established metrics to assess impact and fine-tune the plan accordingly.

4. By June 2028, the strategic planning group, including all stakeholders, will identify and report on areas of need and opportunity around care, keeping, and sustainability and identify metrics to measure impact regarding our facilities and finances.
