Increase equity and inclusivity within all learning environments
By June 2024, the goal team will create district/building task forces that will define terms, identify, gather, and evaluate data relevant to equity and inclusion in terms of curriculum, extra-curriculars, and facilities.
By June 2025, the goal team will educate themselves on effectively conducting an equity audit and will gather relevant data and resources.
By June 2026, the goal team will conduct an equity audit.
By June 2027, based on the findings of our equity audit, the goal team will identify the next steps toward addressing the significant deficits identified. Once identified, the goal team will develop an improvement plan.
By June 2028, the goal team will begin implementing the improvement plan, collecting and analyzing data, and revising plans as necessary.
