Increase equity and inclusivity within all learning environments

1. By June 2024, CTSD will create district/building task forces that will define terms, identify, gather, and evaluate data relevant to equity and inclusion in terms of curriculum, extra-curriculars, and facilities.

2. By June 2025, CTSD will use task force data to create a needs assessment that identifies specific areas of inclusivity.

3. By June 2026, CTSD will provide professional development opportunities and integrate instructional resources to address the specific areas identified in the needs assessment.

4. By June 2027, at least 70% of teachers, student support staff, and 6th-8th Grade students surveyed will agree that people of all races, genders, ethnic backgrounds, and orientations are represented in the curriculum.

5. By June 2028, at least 80% of teachers, student support staff, and 6th-8th Grade students surveyed will agree that people of all races, genders, ethnic backgrounds, and orientations are represented in the curriculum.
