ASSISTANCE AND RETURNS
For assistance, for a damage assessment on your cylinder, for the replacement of damaged finishes, for a thread change and for any other problem that your cylinder may have, follow these steps:
Fill the RMA form downloadable on this page and send it to info@ctscyl.com or qualita@ctscyl.com
The Quality Department will return the signed form for acceptance and give the OK for the shipment
Once the goods have been received, the Quality Department will proceed to test the cylinders, draw up a test report and offer a solution to the identified problem.

ATTENTION: it is important to follow the procedure described and not to ship the cylinders without the authorization of CTS to avoid the risk of delays or that the cylinders are lost. If these procedures are not followed, a non-standard handling fee will be charged.
CTS reserves the right to reject cylinders sent for assistance without having previously opened a ticket.
