Output Description (including: needs analysis, target groups, elements of innovation, expected impact and transferability potential)

THIS INTELLECTUAL OUTPUT HAS THREE MAIN OBJECTIVES:

1-  DETERMINING THE NEEDS OF THE STUDENTS AT RISK: The main purpose of the questionnaire is to define what factors may be required in the risk group in order not to give up studies. IN THIS ANALYSIS, THE NEEDS OF STUDENTS IN THE RISK GROUP ARE DETERMINED. Hence, it is determined as a final analysis. With the information provided by this second pass, it allows us to clarify and highlight motivating aspects so that schools can emphasize institutional, group or personal actions that reduce data at school. Therefore, it was necessary to make this second transition with all students who were identified as "risk cases" after the "analysis and risk factors" study and emphasized their most important evaluations. This analysis will be made to identify the difference between the current situation and the desired situation. With this analysis, the content of unprovided needs, what they are, obstacles in obtaining the product and services will be revealed.

2-  DETERMINING THE INTEREST FIELDS OF STUDENTS AT RISK AND PREPARING A PROFESSIONAL TENDENCY FORM FOR THEM. One of the most important functions of guidance services within the training process is to direct the students to the appropriate professions in line with their interests, tendencies and needs. One of the aims of this output is to reveal skills and interests of the students, to help them on the areas they want to improve themselves, in career planning for their future and to specify their needs to include in prevention activities and provide content for the Digital Tool. One of the aims of this output is to reveal skills and interests of the students, to help them on the areas they want to improve themselves, in career planning for their future and to specify their needs to include in prevention activities and provide content for the Digital Tool.

3-  ENSURING THE RISK PREVENTION PLANS TO THE SCHOOLS BY THE RESULTS OF THE NEEDS ANALYSIS: Schools will be able to prevent future absenteeism and early school leaving problems by creating risk prevention plans according to their own conditions.

TARGET GROUPS: It will be applied to the students of the partner schools between 14-19 years old. It will be implemented on the students who are determined by risk analysis to reveal the needs of the risky students at schools.

ELEMENTS OF INNOVATION: What the risky students need  will be defined and an analysis that will be used to determine the needs of the schools will be revealed.

EXPECTED IMPACT:  The results of the analysis will be evaluated so that schools can create their own risk prevention action plans with needs analysis.

After the students with drop-out problems are identified, each partner school will propose various actions that focus directly on them to keep some of them in the system, and each school will create its own risk prevention plan.

TRANSFERABILITY POTENTIAL: Contents for School Risk Prevention Plan and DIGITAL TOOL (IO5) will be determined through the need analysis results. The risk prevention plan will be made according to the identified needs.
