TasteRealm Safety Guard is a validation layer for an AI-pipeline generated dish-level decision platform. The project uses a React frontend and a deterministic backend built with Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL to audit every dish profile. Relying solely on generative AI introduces unacceptable safety risks. By strictly enforcing data integrity, required fields, and logical allergen rules, the pipeline blocks invalid AI outputs, ensuring consistent, auditable, and reviewable outcomes for users. It also supports manual review and promotion checkpoints to ensure decisions remain transparent and operationally safe.
