Personalized Learning Plans

Teachers will meet regularly with individual and/or small groups of students to develop meaningful, individualized learning plans and check in with the same students throughout the school year.

• PLPs officially begin in grade 7 and continue through high school graduation
• PLPs might document things that are already happening (Ex. 8th Challenge, independent projects, academic goals)
• PLPs will also encourage students to explore other areas of interest
