EARLY COLLEGE
What is Early College?
Early College differs from Dual Enrollment in that you are taking courses directly through UM, Missoula College, or Bitterroot College. That means you will have a college professor teaching the class instead of a Corvallis teacher. Example: Psychology is an Early College course. While we give you a designated class period, the class it taught by a professor.
Early College students can take most 100 and 200 level courses through the university or community colleges. You are technically an university undergrad and are expected to adhere to all policies and deadlines for undergraduate courses.
Some courses may be in-person (on UM/Missoula College/Bitterroot College campus) and some may be asynchronous (like Psychology).
