Every year, Community Support Network provides housing to more than 200 homeless individuals with behavioral health challenges in our Sonoma County homes. Because housing and supportive needs vary for each person who comes to CSN, our types of housing vary as well. The programming at each of our nine homes has been thoughtfully designed to meet residents' needs. Whether it's a short-term need for a shelter home, a long-term need for rehabilitative housing, or a need for permanent housing with supportive programming, CSN meets people where they are in life.
