After a review of Incident Command and the CRESA EOC Incident Management Team structure, teams were briefed on the "Clark Spark Fire". Based on the size of the served population detailed in the briefing, they were asked to identify locations for three pods from a list of eight possible locations. From there, they were to:
Create a lay out for each POD
Create a traffic flow plan for each POD
Create a daytime staffing IAP for each POD by name and position. They could request support from CRESA.
Create a nighttime staffing IAP plan for each POD
Based on population served for each POD, create an estimated daily burn rate for the following:
Water (1 gallon per person per day)
Food(use 1500 calories a day per person)
Hygiene (1 kit per person per week)
Fuel (5 gal per family per week)
Animal Feed-Check USDA guidelines
Present their plans to the group
