Do you need to renew your Emergency Worker Number?
Expiring/Expired Emergency Worker Numbers are on an automatic reminder for renewal every three (3) years.
Two alerts will be emailed to you, one at 30 days, and a second at 14 days from expiration:
“Your emergency worker card will expire in 30 days. Thank you for your service to Clark County -- we appreciate it! If you are interested in continuing your service, please review your personal profile in the database to ensure all information is current. Notify your program manager when this has been completed so your renewal may be processed. Thank you.”
A third alert will be emailed to you the day after your expiration, thanking you for your service to our community and inviting you to re-enroll if you are still interested in participating in the program.
In other words, to renew your Emergency Worker Number:
Login to your profile on the volunteer database and ensure all contact and emergency contact information is current.
Upload a recent photo (no more than three years old) that meets the requirements noted below.
Advise the Program Manager that you have completed your update and are ready to renew.
Photo Requirements:
Must be taken within the last three years
Head and face only, similar to a driver's license photo (no full body shots, please)
Light colored background, with face fully visible (no hats or shadows)
A new Emergency Worker card will be emailed to you.
NOTE: Renewals are processed only in the month they expire.

Set-up Password by clicking Forgot password?
Follow directions to obtain link via your email
Password must contain both letters and numbers
To Complete Set-Up
1. Update your information under the My Profile tab, including:
Contact information and Emergency Contact
Be sure to SAVE before exiting!
2. Upload photo, if needed
Must be taken within last three years
Head and face only, similar to a driver's license photo (no full body shots, please)
Light colored background, with face fully visible (no hats or shadows)
3. Exit program before closing
