In addition to the above forms, we'll need the following to complete your child's enrollment:
Proof of age document (birth certificate [preferred], passport)
Two proofs of address documents (current utility bill, Illinois driver's license, Illinois identification card, deed, etc.)
Step 3: Submit all forms and documents

2. In-person submission by visiting Drummond's Main Office weekdays, from 9am until 2pm.
