The personal project is an exploration in which students consolidate their learning throughout the Middle Years Programme. This long-term project is designed as an independent learning experience of approximately 25 hours. The Personal Project formally assesses students ATL skills for self-management, research, communication, critical & creative thinking, and collaboration.
The personal project encourages students to practice and strengthen their ATL skills, to connect their in-class learning experiences with personal experience, and to develop their own interests.
All CPP sophomore students complete an MYP Personal Project. This project focuses on the process students follow, and the objectives met through the product or outcome achieved. The culminating feature is a presentation students offer to a panel.
